We specialize in different levels of exercisers

No experience

A person who is not physically active, but can perform exercises properly. Frequency of training 1 to 3 times a week.

Beginner level

A person who started physical activity a few weeks or months ago. Frequency of training 2 to 3 times a week.

Intermediate level

A person who has been physically active regularly for several years. Frequency of training 2 to 4 times a week.

Advanced level

A person who is continuously physically active for many years. Frequency of training 3 to 5 times a week.

Professional athletes

A person who competes in club or national competitions. Frequency of training 5 to 10 times a week.
