Testing

Testing occupies a special, central place in our work system.

In order to protect your health, we carry out certain tests and diagnostic procedures, which allow us to conclude:

What you must not do (Because we must protect you from exercises that cause more harm than good).

What you must do (Because we need to correct the identified deficiencies).

Only when we establish the optimal functionality of your body, we are ready to work on the realization of your goals.

FMS (functional movement screen) is a battery of tests that deals with the analysis of functional movement patterns and their components.

The efficiency of the locomotor system is evaluated, through the assessment of mobility, motor control and stability. FMS is intended for almost everyone, regardless of gender, age, occupation. The goal of FMS testing is to find the weakest links in the kinetic chain (pains, asymmetries, dysfunctions) in order to correct them in time. The correction improves the movement pattern, thereby reducing the risk of injury. In addition to prevention, FMS testing offers key information for training planning and programming.

Individualization

Whatever you want to achieve with your training, your plan and program must be adapted to your current condition which we have determined through testing and discussion. Only in this way can we protect you from activities that bring you more harm than good, and allow you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.

Implementation and sustainability

The training plan is only as good as its implementation and sustainability. Under the supervision of our trainers, you will train well and feel the difference.

Because training can be a function of health or a function of harming health!
